Author and friend Jennifer Alvarez has been amazingly helpful encouraging me as I navigate the road to publication. Her debut novel, The Pet Washer was released at the end of 2011. It is a fabulous book! If you have a daughter, sister, niece or friend ages 9-12 years old, I would highly recommend it. She is also blogging her challenge to do one thing a day for 365 days (366 actually because of Leap Year) to market her book and brand. Knowing I had recently lost some of my edited chapters, she came to my aid yet again, sharing with me one of the ways I could protect my writing in the future. Thanks Jen!
