A new year means it’s a new opportunity to make 2019 better than 2018. Most of us consider it a clean slate and it is. But what I think a new year really does is provide us the opportunity to change the narrative for ourselves. It’s our minds ability to to create something different, better. We think a new year gives us a do-over or a super power we didn’t have until the new year started. Our mind is so powerful!
